Returns PolicyStock Items

We are confident that you will be completely happy with your purchase, but there are occasionally times when you need a little more assistance. In order to provide you with additional peace of mind, we have a very open and honest approach to returns.

We undertake to refund any items which form part of our normal stocked goods, provided that they are unused, in their original packaging, and are accompanied by a proof of purchase from us.

Unfortunately we cannot refund goods which have been cut to size/trimmed (including, but not limited to: Doors, Timber, Netting, Rope, Cable, Chain etc.), mixed to order (Paint etc.) unless the items are shown to be faulty.

Special Order Items

Special order items may only be returned at our discretion, unless they are faulty. Please call us to make arrangements.

Special order items accepted for return will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, plus delivery and/or collection charges at £10 per journey within Milton Keynes (outlying locations may incur increased delivery/collection charges depending on the distance travelled).

The above services are provided in addition to, and do not affect, your statutory rights.
